David J. Dobrusin, CPA, CFP®

David is the Founder and President of Dobrusin Financial, LLC. Prior to founding the company David spent time with the investment firms of RBC Wealth Management and American Express Financial Advisors. As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner™ professional, David brings clients a practical combination of tax planning and financial management. His years of experience in financial services and public accounting afford clients the financial coordination seeking to maximize asset objectives and minimize tax liability under one umbrella.

David attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He graduated with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the Marshall School of Business as well as a second degree in accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting.

David dedicates a large amount of time giving back to his community. He has served as a board member and treasurer of the Children in Need Foundation and was a member of the Phoenix Suns Charities. David also served as the treasurer and board member for the Sun Valley Lodge and was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

When David is not serving his clients or giving back to his community, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mara, and his sons, Benjamin and Matthew.
